Which Wordpress version?

We have recently updated our wordpress version to V4.9.4

The Dazzling theme is working alright but the Bootstrap shotcodes are not working as expected. Buttons are not displayed, just the code.

Is Boostrap compatible with V4.9.4? Is there an alternative?
