Why is there a dash (-) in my site title?

I have changed the name of my website and set my homepage to recent posts, but there’s still a dash in my site title. Why is this happening?

To remove the dash from the title could you please try configuring your General Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

It seems to be happening due to the Yoast SEO plugin that you are using on your site so could you please configure its Titles & Metas settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
