wp-config.php file for Sparkling theme when installing on WampServer

Hi,

I would like to use sparkling theme with WampServer, however I can’t find the wp-config.php or wp-config-sample.php file. Is it supposed to be in the folder or what can I do?

Sparkling WordPress theme is just a theme and it doesn’t come with WordPress itself. You must have WordPress installed before you can install this theme. WordPress can be downloaded here. On WordPress archive file you will find wp-config.php or wp-config-sample.php files and you can start from there.

Once WordPress is installed you can proceed with installing WordPress theme. It is not Sparkling theme replated but it is like that for any WordPress theme that there is.
