Yogabest has error style.css when uploading to wordpress

Hello everyone!

I bought this theme: Yogabest - Best Yoga Instructor Website Template 2021 - Colorlib to my wifes website.
I installed wordpress to edit the informations and photos, but is missing the style css stylesheet when uploading to wordpress.
This theme is not a wordpress Theme? In which software can I edit the changes that I need?

Yes, it’s not a WordPress theme, its is an HTML template and can be edited in any HTML editor
