Hello,
There is an option in the sparkling theme where we can set up a CTA bar under the navigation menu.
However, when I set up, it only appears on the homepage.
Is there anything we could do to display it in all the pages except the homepage?

There isn’t an option in the theme to do this so the only way to have the button appear on the other pages is the copy the button code from the header file and add it to the page template, this may cause issues when the theme or WordPress updates so it would be best to have a developer make the changes.
