Two Tier Menu and Remove Footer text - theme by Color

I hae downloaded the child theme to add two tier which is perfect, I have added the code for the Remove ‘Theme by Colorlib Powered by WordPress’ but it breaks the menu but does remove the text.

So I would like a Two tier menu and to remove the footer text

How can I have both please?
